This is a PFD Sewing Pattern with Instructions (including photos to make this sewing project easier). 
 
This pattern is adaptable to fit multiple sizes. The pattern provided in one size will fit a medium to large depending on the stretch of the fabric (at least 2-way stretch). For smaller fit - cut the pieces smaller. For more support use a less stretchy fabric and cut the band smaller. 
 
*Personal note* I have made this bra using 2-way and 4-way stretch organic ribbed cotton and I love both. I add in an elastic to the front pieces (instructions included). This is optional, but helps it maintain shape when being pulled open for nursing.
