A look inside my Fertility Awareness Journal & Chart

I am so excited that my journals are available for purchase as a digital copy or as a physical notebook on Amazon. BUT there is a bit of a hinderance... Amazon does not show the inside of the journal and currently there isn't anything I can do about that.

My hope is that people who purchase them will put up photos as part of their reviews that show the inside.

I am also limited in terms of what I can share here. The rules state I cannot share more than 10% of the book. That means that I cannot show the explanation I provide, the tips, the cycle comparison tables and more.

Now that isn't great, but let me show you what I can, and I hope that is helpful.

Each cycle has a spread (two pages). One page has a chart to record your BBT as a graph, your cervix, cervical fluid, bleed, and more. The other page has a free hand journal with a cycle overview table with prompts.

The Fahrenheit version is very similar but the BBT chart on the right is in Fahrenheit.

In addition to these cycle spreads, there are pages with tips and a cycle comparison table that I think is super useful.

I believe this journal is a very valuable tool for enhancing fertility awareness. If you do purchase it, please consider writing a review and including a photo of the inside for people to see what they would be purchasing.
